Emergency Cardiovascular Care
Centennial Heart Center and our partner hospitals have established an initiative where cardiac tests results are transmitted via a wireless electronic device installed inside EMS vehicles, directly to our Emergency Department, even before the patient arrives to the hospital. This means our team will be ready to open a heart vessel faster. For patients having a heart attack, the national standard is to try to get the patient from the door to the cath lab for balloon angioplasty within 90 minutes. Centennial and its fellow TriStar Health System hospitals are proud to beat that goal. In fact, Centennial Heart Center averaged a 37-minute door-to-balloon time over the last 12 months. Because of this success, we're able to save more heart muscle, which leads to better outcomes for our patients.
Centennial Medical Center at Ashland City offers the Cheatham County community enhanced on-site healthcare options which include inpatient care for non-life threatening illnesses, outpatient surgery, a 24-hour emergency room, lab services and imaging services.
Parthenon Pavilion is the oldest and largest full-service 132-bed psychiatric facility in Middle Tennessee providing inpatient mental health services for adults and geriatric patients as well as community-based mental health programs.
The Women’s Hospital at Centennial is Tennessee’s only stand-alone women’s hospital and neo-natal intensive care unit delivering 2,500 babies annually and is recognized nationally in breast cancer management in addition to providing the area’s only total digital mammography program.
The Sarah Cannon Cancer Center is a service-line offered through the TriStar Family of Hospitals that is designed to meet the needs of individuals undergoing cancer treatment, providing the most extensive drug, radiation and surgical services in the Southeast.
